My name is Danielle Pavona. I am originally from Hightstown, New Jersey and my family moved to Delaware when I was 11 years old. My goals in life right now are to be able to live comfortably on my own and to be able to pay off my student loans. My professional educational goals is to be able to find something I love enough to do it for the rest of my life. The person I look up to the most is my sister, Jamie. She is graduating college this year from UD. During her time there as a full-time student, she worked part time and paid her tuition in full every year. She is a hard worker and I look up to her and the things she does every day.
I decided to get into the hospitality business because I like working with people and meeting new people. Throughout my time with H5H, I have met such great people including the team members and would never change a thing about it. It is important for me to perform at such a high level because I care about the guest’s experience and ensuring they always come back. I’ve even told guest to come back just to sit with me and now they are my regular guests that come sometimes four days a week. It’s also important because, as a server, the way I perform reflects my income, so to have a steady income it’s important to perform the absolute best I can.
